Roles & Responsibilities
- Project Supervision: Oversee daily operations at the project site
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of technicians, landscapers, and gardeners, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Quality Control: Monitor the deployments, ensuring proper care and maintenance practices to meet client and company standards.
- Client Coordination: Liaise with clients to understand their needs, address any concerns, and provide regular updates on progress.
- Resource Management: Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and other materials, ensuring that all resources are available and maintained.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
- Reporting: Document site activities, track project timelines, and prepare reports on progress, challenges, and completion.
Qualification
B.Sc. Agri / Diploma Agri/Horti/B. Tech Agri Eng
Experience
0 to 2 years (Freshers / Interns can also apply)
Gender Preference
Male candidates Other Graduates (with Agri & Irrigation knowledge preferred)
